Cropotto foods exports frozen IQF Coconuts in the form of Dices/Chunks/Slices and it is produced through the following process under hygienic condition. The fruit undergoes preliminary steps, where the copra is detached from the hard shell and thin brown portion of copra is also removed. The white copra are washed, diced or sliced as per requirement using dicer. The Dices are cleaned, dewatered and frozen using IQF. The IQF dices are sieved, inspected and packed. The packed cartons are fed through metal detector and stored at -18°C.
