Papaya is one of the healthiest fruits known to mankind. The delicious fruit offers diverse health benefits due to the high content of nutrients it carries. Cropotto Foods offers the finest quality IQF papaya dices and Chunks prepared by the following process under hygienic condition. Fresh Papayas are ripened, sorted, washed, and peeled. The papaya is then diced using dicer or hand cut in the form of chunks, which is then cleaned, dewatered and conveyed to IQF, designed to halt microbial activities. The IQF Dice/Chunks are then put through a sieve, inspected, packed. The Packed cartons are fed through metal detector and stored at -18°C.
