India is 2nd largest producer of onions in the world with its unique pungency. It is a vegetable which is produced in largest quantity and consumed in high quantity in India as well as world.
Cropotto foods offers premium quality frozen IQF Onion in the form of Rings/Dices and it is produced through the following process under hygienic condition. The fresh onions are sorted, graded and peeled. The fresh onions are washed and either cut into rings or Diced (manually/mechanically as per customer's request). The onion cuts are blanched, dewatered and frozen using IQF (designed to halt microbial activities). The frozen onions are put through a sieve, inspected, packed and fed through a metal detector and stored at -18°C.
