Sweet corns bearing delightful golden yellow juicy kernels considered as a staple food in many parts of the world. Cropotto foods exports premium quality frozen IQF sweet corn kernels and it is produced through the following process under hygienic condition. The fresh sweet corns are washed and kernels are removed (manually/mechanically as per customer's request). The removed kernels are blanched, dewatered and frozen using IQF (designed to halt microbial activities). The frozen sweet corn kernels are put through a sieve, inspected, packed and fed through a metal detector and stored at -18°C.
